Facts:

Catching the travel bug early has given me the opportunity to experience more than I imagined: from kayaking off the patagonian coast and hiking in the Andes foothills, to riding mopeds through Bologna and gondolas in Venice, or to most recently strolling around the Plitvice Lakes and navigating the Frankfurt train station on my own without a translator!

Interests & Hobbies:

Adventuring outdoors and abroad, experimenting in the kitchen; crafting with yarn, pretty papers, stamps, and a pencil; simply spending a quiet afternoon with family or friends.

Facts:

I completed the Spanish Studies Program in Córdoba, Argentina through Spanish Studies Abroad and loved it. While living in Argentina, I traveled to Uruguay and to Machu Picchu in Peru. I've also live in Zhuhai, China for 10 months, and that allowed me to travel to Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, and Cambodia.

Interests & Hobbies:

I love exploring, connecting with people, experiencing nature, cooking, comedy, and the Spanish language. I also can haggle in Chinese, and I'm pretty good at a few bird calls.

My parents hosted a student from Austria when I was eight years old and since then I've been hooked on learning about new cultures. I love traveling and saw much of Europe (including Seville and Barcelona) when I studied abroad in the UK in college.

Facts:

I've lived in Massachusetts since I was born, but I grew up very exposed to Spanish language and culture, visiting Spain often throughout my childhood. I love that Spain is full of beautiful history in the form of old castles, monuments, or cobblestone streets; and has such exciting and diverse cultures from the North to the South.

Photography, playing guitar, dancing (tap, modern, and Latin American styles), being outside, and traveling to new places!

I started learning Spanish as a child through an immersion program in elementary school, which lead me to major in Spanish and study abroad in Seville, Spain through Spanish Studies Abroad. I also have a cat named Waffles who likes to nibble my toes and tends to accompany me on my adventures!
