Integrated Courses at Universidad de Alicante

As a modern and growing university, Universidad de Alicante offers students many a broad spectrum of courses and disciplines (see UA's list of centers and departments). CC-CS students are placed in courses based upon their educational goals and their language ability.

Before leaving for Spain, students in the Semi-Integrated Studies program should have two to four possible approved UA courses to provide you with flexibility when finalizing your course schedule on-site in Alicante. The majority of content courses at UA meet 45, 60, or 75 contact hours per semester and equal 3, 4, or 5 course credits respectively.

At the end of the Intensive Period, you will meet with the Resident Director and professors to choose your final course schedule.

Because there is a wide range of courses available, CC-CS has prepared the following navigation guide and recommended courses, to help you plan your integrated courses:

You may search the UA Website for additional disciplines and course options. Enrollment in UA courses depends upon Spanish language level. If you would like to preregister for a course outside of the recommended courses, please contact CC-CS.

Please note: The academic calendar of Universidad de Alicante causes a delay at the end of the semester in issuing your transcript.
