Continuation Period |
Integrated Courses at Universidad de Alicante
As a modern and growing university, Universidad de Alicante offers students many a broad spectrum of courses and disciplines (see UA's list of centers and departments). CC-CS students are placed in courses based upon their educational goals and their language ability.
Before leaving for Spain, students in the Integrated Studies program should have five possible approved UA courses to provide you with flexibility when finalizing your course schedule on-site in Alicante. The majority of content courses at UA meet 45, 60, or 75 contact hours per semester and equal 3, 4, or 5 course credits respectively.
At the end of the Intensive Period, you will meet with the Resident Director and professors to choose your final course schedule.
Because there is a wide range of courses available, CC-CS has prepared the following navigation guide and recommended courses, to help you plan your integrated courses:
You may search the UA Website for additional disciplines and course options. Enrollment in UA courses depends upon Spanish language level. If you would like to preregister for a course outside of the recommended courses, please contact CC-CS.
Please note: The academic calendar of Universidad de Alicante causes a delay at the end of the semester in issuing your transcript.
