Business Courses through CC-CS
|

Available Summer Term 1:
This course provides an in depth introduction to political and economic aspects of the European Union (EU) and detailed analysis of how they affect international business. The monetary, fiscal, and labor policies of the EU, as well as economic differences among member states, will be examined. Students will also study the principal businesses and companies of the EU, their management, relations with Spain and the U.S. and the their role in the globalized economy. Field trips to local and multinational companies are included.

This course focuses on development of Spanish language skills specifically for use in the business world. Students discuss business news, give presentations on business topics, and visit local firms to introduce students to the culture of business in Spain. |

After an Intensive Language & Culture Period, designed to prepare you for life and study at Universidad de Sevilla, you take regular university courses alongside local Spanish students. |

Internship in Business
Take the opportunity to earn business experience and course credits during your time abroad! This is a great compliment to your academic courses, by giving you the opportunity to apply your growing language skills in a professional Spanish environment. A separate application is required, which CC-CS staff will use to find the best internship to match your goals.

Alicante Summer Program

Students in the Alicante Summer Program all take a 4-credit language course per summer term. Students at the intermediate and advanced levels may complement their language study with a 1-credit course in Business Spanish. |

International Business Program
Lower Intermediate to Advanced Spanish
CC-CS, through our cooperation with the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universidad de Alicante (UA), offers semester business courses taught in English. Over 200 international students participate in this program each year and enjoy an intercultural experience involving people from all over the world. In addition to a unique CC-CS Language & Culture component, students take the majority of their classes in English and attend these courses alongside other international students studying business at UA. |

CC-CS also offers students the unique opportunity to take courses alongside other international students at Universidad de Alicante through the Spanish Language & Culture Program. These courses have been adjusted to suit non-native speakers of Spanish, and the semester is tailored to more closely coincide with the regular academic year. Among courses available to CC-CS students is the Spanish for Business Course, which focuses on Spanish used in the professional environment. |

Semi-Integrated Studies with Argentine Students Program
The Partially Integrated Program allows students the unique opportunity to take both courses designed for international students studying in Córdoba (in language and Argentine/Latin American Studies) and integrated courses taken alongside Argentine students at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
