Living the Culture
In addition to the core academic courses offered in the Alicante program, you have the opportunity to take "Living the Culture" courses, which carry 1 credit per term. Past courses have included Spanish cooking, Spanish and latin dancing, windsurfing, and other nautical sports. For more information, please see "Living the Culture" Courses and Activities |
*Language courses are based upon the Common European Frame of Reference (CEF) system. Prior to your arrival in Alicante, you must take an online examination designed and administered by UA. Your initial course assignment will be based upon your performance on this examination. Once in Alicante, there will be an add/drop period. Depending upon your classroom performance during that period, you may be advised to change your level. However, UA will not allow you to enroll in a course which exceeds your level of preparation. |
