Summer Term - Córdoba, Argentina

 
Evening in Cordoba, near UNCThe Córdoba Summer Term consists of a one-month Intensive Language and Culture Session and is located at Argentina's oldest university, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC). During this time, you take an intensive language and culture course, while discovering the culture and people of Argentina. 

The CC-CS Resident Director and UNC's PECLA (Programa de Español y Cultura Latinoamericana) staff guide you through this process of discovery by regular contact with CC-CS students and organizing special cultural activities.

In addition to 60 hours of classroom instruction, the program includes a homestay, cultural visits within Córdoba, a cultural day-trip to the estancias jesuíticas, and an overnight three-day trip to Buenos Aires.
 
Program Information:
  • Intensive courses available: Intermediate II or Advanced Spanish Language and Culture 
  • Courses taught by Argentine university professors
  • Study visits included in program fees
  • 4 semester credits; 60 contact hours
  • Prerequisites: 
      Intermediate I college Spanish or the equivalent
      3.0 GPA required
