COURSES
All courses are taught in Spanish by highly qualified Spanish university professors with extensive experience in teaching American students:
- The initial Intensive Language Period focuses on the Communicative Method; students spend a large portion of class time practicing their Spanish through situaciones and group discussions. The professor uses the students' conversations as the impetus for vocabulary acquisition and correction of grammar.
- Through practicing everyday Spanish and discussing topics that students care about, students discover a desire to learn and practice Spanish outside of the classroom.
- All CC-CS courses seek maximum student engagement through the integration of our Critical Thinking/Writing Across the Curriculum Program.
