Spanish Studies Abroad Site Visits

Spanish Studies Abroad encourages faculty, advisers, and administrators to visit Spanish Studies Abroad locations in Spain and Argentina and discover the opportunities available to their students. We offer both Group and Independent Site Visits.

GROUP SITE VISITS
Spanish Studies organizes Group Site Visits each year in an effort to offer our academic partners firsthand knowledge of program changes and additions. These visits are an orientation to the Spanish Studies Abroad programs, facilities, and staff, as well as the local cultures and surroundings. You will join a select group of faculty, advisers, and administrators as you travel through Spain or Argentina.

Spanish Studies Abroad is pleased to host your visit in each location by covering most land costs, including lodging and half-board in a centrally located hotel, and will issue an invoice for these costs if required by your institution. Activities may include an orientation, class visits, cultural tours, meetings with students, question and answer sessions, and several evening activities.

A Group Site Visit gives you an invaluable perspective on our academic programs abroad, as well as a better understanding of the unique experiences we are able to provide your students. We look forward to hosting you soon!

INDEPENDENT SITE VISITS
Spanish Studies Abroad is aware that our Group Site Visits may not align with everyone's schedules. Therefore, we encourage and welcome individuals to visit our programs independently at the times most convenient for them. Independent Site Visits typically include one-on-one meetings with our Resident Directors, meals with on-site staff and/or faculty members, class visits, and tours of the facilities and local area. Spanish Studies Abroad covers up to two nights of local accommodations, arranged by Spanish Studies, and some meals. If you are interested in arranging an Independent Site Visit to a Spanish Studies Abroad program location, please complete this form:
