"As soon as I walked in the front door for the first time I was loved and treated like a member of the family." Kaitlin Elledge

Housing
Seville, Spain

As a CC-CS student you will have two housing options:

Homestays: Your Spanish home or student residence will be the focal point of your social experience– where you will sleep, eat, study, and relax. A homestay gives you a unique insight into Spanish culture by allowing you to become part of a Spanish family.

Your homestay includes full room and board as well as laundry and the cleaning of your room. Special dietary or housing accommodations may be made, but may require an additional fee. To ensure that your home will provide a warm and tranquil atmosphere, one conducive to learning, CC-CS staff discusses norms and policies with hosts and regularly inspects the homes.

Student Residences: Offered during the semester program. The student residences in Seville house mainly Spaniards and provide you with full room and board. The student residence or “residencia” option is similar to the university dormitories that probably exist on your home campus. The student residence for CC-CS students, Baños de la Reina Mora, is located on Calle Miguel Cid within walking distance from CC-CS.

Students live in a triple room. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioner, heater, a bed, a desk and a place to put your clothes. Your bedding and bath towels will be provided for you and will be changed once a week. Each student residence has free Wi-Fi, a common area, which includes a study, dining and T.V. room, a self-service laundry facility and a small library. Smoking is not allowed.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the student residence Monday through Saturday. Lunch and dinner are NOT served on Sundays and holidays. Special dietary needs can be met with prior notice from the student. Special dietary or housing accommodations may be made, but may require an additional fee.

The student residence option is only available for semester or academic-year students and there is a limited number of spaces so placement cannot be guaranteed.

For more information on the residencia, visit their website: www.residenciasevilla.com.
