Generally, planning for a customized program begins one year before
the expected program start date. To submit a preliminary inquiry or to
request a formal proposal, please contact Institutional Relations Director, Gisella Casasnovas at gisella[at]spanishstudies.org or 413-256-0011.

Uno A Spanish Studies Abroad staff member will be in touch with you to go over your request and answer questions.
Dos Within one week of your request we will send you a formal proposal.
Tres Review the proposal inclusions and costs with your administrators and/or faculty for approval.
Cuatro Upon approval of the program we assist with program promotion. We design fliers, presentations, and assist with information sessions.
Cinco After your students are accepted into your program we assist with pre-departure support. We provide student handbooks and cultural guides. We collect student information, arrange group flights and process billing.
